Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability across the store.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline logistics and reduce operational costs.
- Support the range management process by evaluating product performance and recommending improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure supply needs are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
