As part of our administration and office support team, you will be responsible for streamlining daily operations and supporting the sales department in achieving their targets. You will be the point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and a high level of organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain sales databases and CRM systems accurately and securely.
- Prepare, issue, and track sales quotations, invoices, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve inquiries and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging travel logistics.
- Generate and compile weekly or monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
- Handle incoming communications (email/phone) and route them to the appropriate personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales administration or a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Malaysian citizenship is preferred.
