Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily sales orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with the logistics and warehouse teams.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional and prompt service.
- Assist the sales team in drafting proposals, contracts, and other essential sales documentation.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and organize relevant sales materials.
- Resolve administrative discrepancies and streamline office workflows to improve overall efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with ERP software is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy in data entry.
