We are conducting islandwide hiring with multiple openings, especially in the Jurong and Tai Seng areas, as well as the West Region. This full-time role operates on a convenient 5-day work week during office hours, allowing for a great work-life balance. Beyond a rewarding base salary of up to S$3,300 per month, successful candidates will also enjoy a yearly bonus, acknowledging your valuable contributions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Coordinate effectively with the sales team, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales databases with current information.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required by the sales department.
  • Support sales representatives in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and follow-ups to optimize their productivity.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues related to sales support, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively and offering support to colleagues.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) would be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with potential deployment to various locations across Singapore, including Jurong, Tai Seng, or the West Region.
