Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and operational units
- Process and manage sales orders with exceptional attention to detail
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance metrics
- Support sales team through administrative task management
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales support or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry preferred
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
