Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process sales documentation, contracts, and internal reporting requirements with high accuracy.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Operations team to streamline workflows and improve departmental productivity.
  • Provide proactive administrative support to account managers and sales representatives to facilitate client success.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility and report integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal service teams to resolve client inquiries and ensure timely communication flow.
  • Generate and distribute performance reports to monitor sales KPIs and support management decision-making.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall sales support efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Support, Administrative, or Data Analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, and data management).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
