We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our operations in Senoko. This is a pivotal role that ensures the seamless flow of information between our sales teams and our valued clientele.
The Role
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily sales operations. You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of our product pricing and ensuring that our customers receive the high level of service they expect from the Culina brand. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses sharp attention to detail, and enjoys a mix of data management and customer interaction.
You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, from generating complex reports that drive business decisions to resolving customer inquiries with speed and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily pricing updates across the internal system to ensure billing accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of quotations and contracts.
- Generate and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to assist management in tracking performance.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional solutions.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse departments to verify stock availability for pending orders.
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure all contact and billing information is current.
- Assist in the processing of sales orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with the logistics team.
- Support the marketing and sales teams during promotional events or seasonal product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 1-2 years) in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the F&B or distribution sector.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
