In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer coordination in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for internal sales teams and external clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of sales orders, maintaining data accuracy within our CRM, and fostering strong relationships with our valued partners. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on efficiency, enjoys troubleshooting, and is looking to gain exposure to global business standards within a supportive and collaborative work culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end sales order processing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with internal logistics, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving order-related queries and providing timely updates.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy within the company CRM system and sales documentation.
  • Support the sales team by generating reports, invoices, and sales quotations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stock-outs or delays.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and long-term satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly sales performance reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team-based objectives.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for global MNC operations.
