In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer coordination in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for internal sales teams and external clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of sales orders, maintaining data accuracy within our CRM, and fostering strong relationships with our valued partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales order processing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving order-related queries and providing timely updates.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy within the company CRM system and sales documentation.
- Support the sales team by generating reports, invoices, and sales quotations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stock-outs or delays.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and long-term satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly sales performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team-based objectives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for global MNC operations.
