Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive sales support to Mandarin-speaking clients across Indonesia
- Prepare sales contracts, quotations, and bilingual documentation
- Coordinate between clients, sales team, and operational departments
- Manage client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up communications
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data
- Support logistics coordination for cross-border shipments
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) required
- Proficiency in English for business communication
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales support or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of logistics industry preferred
