Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales team with the preparation and processing of loan applications and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including finance and legal, to ensure smooth transaction closures.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses via phone or email.
  • Prepare and organize sales reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Manage filing systems and ensure all confidential documents are securely stored.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets through efficient administrative support.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.
