Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, format, and finalize high-quality technical proposals and API reports based on field inspection data.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including lead tracking and CRM updates.
- Coordinate communication between field engineers, project managers, and prospective clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain an organized database of technical documentation, compliance reports, and project templates.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and business correspondence.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to U.S. quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the proposal generation process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, proposal coordination, or technical documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a sharp eye for technical editing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong ability to interpret technical data and summarize it for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in an international BPO/engineering setting is a distinct advantage.
