Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales orders and contracts with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide administrative support to the sales team including documentation and reporting
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams for order processing
- Maintain and update CRM databases with customer interactions
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analytics
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic knowledge of logistics or courier industry is advantageous
