In this position, you will handle the creation of professional quotations and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will process sales orders efficiently, coordinate invoicing procedures, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, resolving inquiries and fostering strong customer relationships. Your contributions will directly impact our revenue cycle and customer satisfaction metrics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process accurate sales quotations and contracts in compliance with company guidelines
- Manage the complete sales order lifecycle from submission to fulfillment
- Coordinate invoicing procedures and resolve billing discrepancies
- Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates
- Maintain organized sales documentation and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations
- Support sales reporting and administrative documentation requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
