Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive sales documentation (quotations, orders, invoices)
- Manage purchase order processing and administrative record-keeping
- Coordinate between sales team and clients for transactional clarity
- Maintain accurate sales documentation archives and databases
- Support sales operations through timely administrative assistance
- Collaborate with finance department for invoice reconciliation
- Implement efficient documentation workflows for sales processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in administrative or sales support role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with document accuracy focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales documentation processes preferred
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required
