Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of international shipments
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records of transactions in ERP systems
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock allocation and replenishment
- Act as primary liaison between sales team, customers, and logistics providers for order status updates
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariff codes, and export control requirements
- Analyze shipment data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export/import operations or sales support role
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems and customs clearance procedures
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and international payment methods (L/C, T/T)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage complex documentation workflows
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
