You will handle the end-to-end order management process, from receiving inquiries from traditional trade partners like warungs to coordinating with modern trade wholesalers, ensuring every detail is captured accurately. Your ability to maintain data integrity and communicate effectively will be vital in supporting our sales operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales activities and process orders for FMCG products efficiently.
- Record and manage orders received from both traditional trade (warungs) and modern trade (wholesalers, supermarkets) channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products based on confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor sales trends and report any discrepancies or issues to the sales manager.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving order-related issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) in a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or order processing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and order management systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage for visiting trade partners.
