Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders for chilled dairy and beverage products accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers and distributors
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product display and stock rotation
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the sales team
- Ensure compliance with cold chain protocols during order fulfillment
- Track sales performance and identify upsell opportunities for premium products
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of FMCG products, especially chilled categories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent local travel
- Proficiency in basic smartphone applications for order processing
- Physical ability to handle product samples and store conditions
