Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders for chilled products with accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and consumers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely deliveries
- Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order modifications
- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for chilled product categories
- Collect and report market feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols during order handling
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3 degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic proficiency in order management software or MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Understanding of Gorontalo's local market and distribution networks
