- Process customer orders for chilled FMCG products with 99% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking for temperature-controlled goods
- Coordinate logistics for timely delivery of chilled products
- Build and nurture relationships with retail clients in Kendari
- Monitor product freshness and quality standards during order fulfillment
- Collaborate with sales team to identify market opportunities

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1+ years in sales, logistics, or FMCG operations
- Experience with chilled/frozen product handling preferred
- Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian retail distribution channels
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
