Tanggung Jawab
- Visit existing and potential customers to take orders for chilled products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Kolaka region
- Ensure product availability and proper handling of chilled goods during delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales management team
- Achieve monthly sales targets for chilled product categories
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at customer locations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with sales experience
- Experience in FMCG sales, particularly with chilled products is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Kolaka market and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for order processing and reporting
- Valid driver's license and own transportation is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs
