Tanggung Jawab
- Take and process customer orders for chilled products efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns
- Track sales performance and report to the sales supervisor
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of chilled products is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
