Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders for chilled dairy and beverage products accurately via phone/digital platforms
- Maintain cold chain documentation and temperature compliance records
- Build relationships with supermarket and retail clients in Padang area
- Coordinate with logistics team for same-day delivery of temperature-sensitive goods
- Monitor inventory levels of chilled products and report stock discrepancies
- Provide product knowledge support to retail partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned product categories
- Update CRM system with order details and customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in sales, order processing, or cold chain logistics
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Proficiency in order management software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and temperature control protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Resident of Padang or willing to relocate
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
