We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Taking Order (TO) D to join our team at PT Pancaran Gemilang Abadi. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our company and the retail market. Your primary focus will be conducting routine visits to various outlets to take product orders, ensuring our FMCG products are always in stock, and driving sales volume in your designated territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build a career in the dynamic retail and consumer goods industry.

As a Sales Taking Order Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with store owners, distributors, and managers. You will need to be proactive in understanding market needs, promoting new product launches, and ensuring that our products are displayed attractively. We are seeking a candidate who is goal-oriented, reliable, and ready to contribute to the company's growth in the Makassar region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets to take product orders and communicate them to the central warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store owners and local distributors.
  • Promote new product launches, special offers, and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Ensure proper product placement and adherence to visual merchandising standards in stores.
  • Report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market challenges to the sales supervisor.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Experience in FMCG sales, retail, or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory using a personal motorcycle.
  • Valid SIM A (driver's license) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
