Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve complex customer inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
