Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and technical support strategies to achieve annual business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of sales representatives and technical support specialists.
- Identify new market opportunities and analyze competitor trends to maintain a competitive advantage in the Jakarta region.
- Manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of escalation for high-level technical inquiries and service requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align technical support capabilities with evolving product lines and customer feedback.
- Implement performance metrics (KPIs) to track division productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a management role within sales, technical support, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex product specifications into clear value propositions for clients.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to forecast market trends and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
