Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate new leads and secure sales appointments.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of ILM's products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and overcome objections to close deals.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) education is required.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience working as a Telemarketer or in a direct sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with strangers.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high performance under pressure.
