Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends
- Present product demonstrations and training sessions to retail staff
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable feedback to the sales team
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure optimal product availability in assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or retail distribution
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in consumer goods
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English communication
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Tegal, Jawa Tengah
