Behaestex is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales TO (Territory Officer) to support our operations in Mamuju, Sulawesi Barat. As a key member of our retail and consumer products division, you will be instrumental in executing our sales strategies and expanding our market reach. In this role, you will act as the face of Behaestex in your territory, ensuring that our products are well-presented and available to consumers. You will work closely with local retailers to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive mutual growth. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in sales but also possesses the resilience to overcome challenges and the communication skills to engage with diverse customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail partners and customers in the Mamuju area.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability in assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and activity logs for management review.
- Promote new products and promotional campaigns to drive consumer awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region (Mamuju, Sulawesi Barat).
- Valid SIM A driving license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
