In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating onboarding and training sessions for new and existing sales personnel. You will conduct thorough performance analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement, then implement targeted strategies to enhance sales techniques and customer interaction skills. Your expertise will ensure quality control across all training initiatives while continuously refining our training methods to keep pace with industry best practices.
Working closely with our sales leadership team, you will develop engaging training materials, conduct workshops, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will be critical in measuring training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements to our sales training programs.
