Par Excellence Search Consulting Inc is seeking a results-driven Sales Trainer to join our team in Northern Mindanao. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our sales team's growth, transforming data-driven insights into actionable training programs that elevate individual performance and maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate is an expert at identifying skill gaps and creating engaging learning experiences that empower representatives to close deals more effectively. You will work closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with company objectives, fostering a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and facilitate comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and tenured staff.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Create dynamic training materials, including presentation decks, role-play scenarios, and e-learning modules.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to sales representatives to improve closing ratios.
  • Collaborate with sales management to implement new sales methodologies and product knowledge updates.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular sales audits and side-by-side call shadowing to ensure quality standards are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales training, corporate learning, or a high-level sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and performance management tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Proven track record of improving sales KPIs through targeted training and development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and virtual training delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
