- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs and materials
- Conduct engaging training sessions for sales teams on products, services, and sales techniques

- Create and maintain training documentation, including manuals, presentations, and evaluation tools
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training methodologies
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Familiarity with the travel services industry is highly desirable
- Certification in sales training or instructional design is a plus
- Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms
