Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs and materials for new and existing sales representatives.
- Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Assess training needs through performance evaluations, feedback from sales managers, and market analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives and sales targets.
- Stay current with industry best practices, sales methodologies, and market trends to ensure relevant and impactful training content.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid ramp-up.
- Prepare reports on training progress and sales team performance post-training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar sales development role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or direct selling industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and coach individuals to achieve peak performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to work full-time onsite at our Batasan Hills, Quezon City location.
