Tanggung Jawab
- Design comprehensive sales training curricula aligned with business objectives
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on sales techniques
- Develop product knowledge modules for new and existing offerings
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness
- Create supporting training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning)
- Coach sales teams on performance improvement strategies
- Monitor training metrics and provide progress reports to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
- 3+ years experience in corporate sales training
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify improvement areas
