Are you a passionate educator and sales strategist looking to make a significant impact? Suy Sing Commercial Corporation, the leading grocery wholesale distributor in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic Sales Training & Development Specialist to join our team in Binondo, Manila.

In this key role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and execution by designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs. You will be responsible for providing critical business support to our internal Sales Department as well as our external customers and retail partners. Your objective will be to elevate overall sales capability, drive product knowledge, and champion customer service excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive sales training programs tailored for internal sales teams and external commercial customers.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) regularly to identify skill gaps and implement corrective learning interventions.
  • Create engaging training materials, modules, presentations, and evaluation tools.
  • Provide continuous business support, coaching, and mentoring to the Sales Department to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and product managers to align training strategies with corporate marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, continuously refining training content.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and product knowledge seminars for new hires and external business partners.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of solid experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or wholesale sectors.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, customer service principles, and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiar with training management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our head office in Binondo, Manila.
