You will identify customer needs, provide tailored connectivity recommendations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities in the Surabaya area.
- Present and demonstrate XL SATU fiber optic packages to prospective customers, highlighting speed and reliability.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of internet technology and fiber optic services is an advantage.
