Apex Group is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Salesforce Account Administrator to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our client data management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily administration and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring all client records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Perform regular data cleansing and deduplication tasks to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Generate and analyze custom reports to provide actionable insights to the sales and management teams.
- Assist in the onboarding of new accounts and manage existing account information within the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues with support assistance.
- Support the sales team by providing accurate account history and documentation when needed.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Account Administrator (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM functionality, including reports, dashboards, and lead management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
