Join Macquarie Group as a Salesforce CRM Platform Lead and drive the strategic evolution of our customer relationship management ecosystem. This 12-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to own the daily operations and continuous enhancement of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it delivers maximum business value across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM workflows, implement new features, and maintain system integrity while aligning with Macquarie's global technology standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Salesforce CRM operations, maintenance, and performance optimization
- Lead platform enhancements, configuration updates, and feature implementations
- Collaborate with business units to define requirements and deliver CRM solutions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive CRM documentation and user training materials
- Monitor system analytics and identify opportunities for process automation
- Coordinate with external Salesforce consultants and vendors for complex integrations
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration and configuration experience
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Proven track record in leading CRM platform implementations and upgrades
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting customization
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, API, etc.)
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, etc.)
- Experience in financial services or enterprise environments preferred
