Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Act as the primary technical owner for the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability and performance for our international client.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Perform regular system audits, security updates, and performance tuning to optimize platform efficiency.
- Lead the integration efforts between Salesforce and various third-party enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex platform issues in a timely manner.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and development best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for international stakeholder communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and permission sets.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external APIs and third-party systems.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with strong self-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
