Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the distribution network within the Bekasi and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory availability.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while traveling.
- Valid motorbike driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
