Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales routes to ensure consistent product availability across all assigned retail outlets.
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities to expand our current client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with store owners and retail partners.
- Monitor inventory levels at customer sites and facilitate timely reordering and replenishment.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and analyze competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Ensure that all company products are displayed prominently and according to merchandising standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer feedback for management reporting.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Vocational course, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field merchandising (experience in FMCG is a significant advantage).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in local dialects spoken in Isabela is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle is preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting performance goals.
- Must be based in or willing to work within Santiago City, Isabela.
