Makmur Cipta Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman Area based in Pekanbaru to manage and expand our distribution network. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and ensuring smooth operational logistics for our consumer products across the region. In this position, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and end consumers. We value individuals who possess a keen business sense, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling company products to distributors and retailers.
- Operational Management: Oversee the operational aspects of the distributor network, ensuring timely delivery and proper stock allocation.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for business development.
- Inventory Control: Coordinate closely with the logistics team to manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, activity logs, and forecasts to the regional management team.
- Customer Service: Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, retail, or distribution is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong potential.
- Driving License: Valid SIM A driving license is required (as the role involves frequent travel within the region).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using mobile sales tools or tablets.
