Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable upon arrival.
- Manage the salon appointment calendar efficiently, handling bookings, cancellations, and reschedules via phone, email, and social media.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professional and friendly phone etiquette.
- Process client payments and manage daily cash flow and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting front-of-house atmosphere at all times.
- Provide refreshments to guests and assist in ensuring they are connected with their stylists in a timely manner.
- Promote salon services, retail products, and current promotions to maximize guest experience and sales.
- Support the salon management team with administrative tasks and inventory tracking as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask in a busy professional environment.
- Polished, professional appearance consistent with a high-end salon brand.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems, appointment booking software, and point-of-sale systems.
- A proactive, positive, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the salon schedule.
