- Lead and manage all sampling room operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Ensure samples meet design specifications and production readiness standards
- Coordinate between design, production, and quality teams for seamless sample transitions
- Implement and maintain sampling workflow documentation and tracking systems
- Train and supervise sampling room staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Monitor sample production timelines and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Collaborate with quality assurance to uphold brand standards in all samples
- Continuously optimize sampling processes for cost and time efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or Manufacturing Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel sampling room management
- Deep knowledge of apparel production processes and quality control standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven results
- Proficiency in sample development techniques and industry-specific software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
