- Lead design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions in S/4HANA environment
- Architect technical specifications for RISE methodology implementations
- Mentor ABAP developers and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate retail requirements into technical blueprints
- Optimize existing SAP systems and resolve complex technical issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution deployment

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 8+ years SAP ABAP development experience with 3+ years in lead role
- Expertise in S/4HANA Technical Architecture and RISE methodology
- Proven experience in retail industry SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO)
- Advanced ABAP skills including OO concepts and BAdI development
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 technologies
