Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, development, and testing of ABAP programs for S/4HANA migration projects
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards/governance frameworks
- Collaborate with functional consultants to define technical specifications
- Optimize performance of existing SAP systems and troubleshoot complex issues
- Implement interfaces between SAP modules and third-party systems
- Guide RISE methodology adoption in technical transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related technical field
- 5+ years SAP ABAP development with 2+ years in lead architect role
- Expertise in S/4HANA migration and RISE implementation strategies
- Strong proficiency in OO ABAP, BAPIs, and Web Dynpro
- Experience with retail industry SAP implementations preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills with system integration challenges
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
