Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical design and development of custom SAP S/4HANA applications using ABAP/OO.
- Provide expert guidance on RISE with SAP migration strategies and technical architectural best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of performance, security, and scalability across all custom developments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of SAP systems with third-party retail software platforms and legacy interfaces.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and lead performance tuning initiatives within the SAP environment.
- Mentor junior development team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 2 years in an S/4HANA environment.
- Strong expertise in OData services, CDS Views, RAP/CAP models, and Fiori application development.
- Deep understanding of the retail industry landscape and associated SAP best practices.
- Proven experience in technical leadership or team management roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Development or related technical modules is highly preferred.
