Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute full-cycle SAP implementation and functional upgrade projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical/functional specifications.
- Configure SAP modules and perform system testing, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide expert-level support during post-go-live phases to ensure system stability.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including functional blueprints and configuration manuals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive system optimization strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, or HCM).
- Proven track record in successful SAP upgrade or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and SAP integration points.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- SAP Certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, high-performance team environment.
