Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, specifically tailored for the Retail industry.
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design optimal SAP S/4HANA solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Perform system design, gap analysis, and functional specification documentation for the Finance and Controlling landscape.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and timeline adherence.
- Conduct comprehensive data migration planning and execution, including testing and validation of master data and transactional data.
- Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process and provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth go-live.
- Stay updated with SAP best practices and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations to the client.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SAP FI/CO implementation, preferably within the Retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (New General Ledger, Profit Center Accounting, Treasury) is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, consolidation, and reporting structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (for communication with local teams and clients).
