Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling) according to client business requirements.
- Perform system analysis, design, and implementation of financial solutions and reporting structures.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business processes and standard SAP functionality.
- Manage Master Data, including GL accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders.
- Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA upgrades and migrations.
- Provide end-user training and functional support during Go-Live and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and system stability across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) and CO (Profit Center Accounting).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience in ERP implementations is a plus.
