Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) solutions aligned with corporate financial goals.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including scope, timeline, and quality management.
- Oversee system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure 24/7 reliability of financial reporting systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, and Controlling departments to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive integration efforts between SAP FICO and other core modules such as SAP SD, MM, and PP to streamline cross-functional business processes.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with internal controls and global financial reporting standards (IFRS/PSAK).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (SAP/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in SAP FICO with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or major upgrade projects.
- Deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting (CO-PA).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge the gap between finance business processes and IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong experience in FMCG or large-scale manufacturing industries is a significant advantage.
